旅途今日 (Trip Today) Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-11-02
Version: v1 (draft, pending legal review)

These terms apply to your use of 旅途今日 ("the App"), provided by Ziyu Guo, an individual developer based in Japan ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. What the App does

It turns your own travel materials into a day-by-day itinerary on your phone, with reminders, phrase cards, address cards and similar tools. The App does not book flights, trains, hotels or tickets, and is not a travel agency.

2. Price

The App is currently free. AI generation and Ask AI are limited (currently, per device: at most 3 generations a day and 2 a month, 3 in all during a new installation's first 7 days; Ask AI 5 messages a day on a trip day and 2 on other days; per network: 40 Ask AI messages and 6 generations a day), and we may change these limits. If we add paid features later, we will tell you in the App first; you will never be charged automatically.

3. AI-generated results

4. Your content

5. Things you may not do

If you do, we may limit or stop AI generation on that device.

6. Changes to and suspension of the service

We may change, pause or end online services such as AI generation (for example because of outages, maintenance, cost, or changes at our service providers). We will try to give notice in the App before ending a service. Trips already saved on your device are not affected and keep working offline.

7. Liability

8. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we will update the effective date and tell you about important changes in the App. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that are unfavorable to you.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes about these terms. This does not affect the mandatory protection that the law of the place where you live gives you as a consumer.

10. Language

These terms are available in Chinese, Japanese and English. If the versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
